Mike and his team are wonderful to work with. Mike showed kindness and walked me through the process of how to help a loved one out of a bad situation. So thankful for his professionalism and guidance.

Mike and his team at Bio One did an exemplary job cleaning a biohazard in our bathroom. We’d had a traumatic event and Mike came to the house immediately after my wife called because he heard the urgency in her voice. Mike and his team were consummate professionals and, after evaluating the job to be done, told us in simple terms what the effort would require, how much it would cost and that he would help us in dealing with our insurance company. He followed through with every step he’d committed to, stayed in constant contact with us throughout the effort and even talked through his approach with us so we understood. Mike and Taylor both wore masks and practiced social distancing, ensured our house stayed clean while they worked and went above and beyond our expectations. The first day, when they began working, they stayed until after 9 PM working diligently to get us back to a semblance of normalcy. They cleaned then tested and repeated that process until all hazardous concerns were eliminated. I recommend Bio One without hesitation and with the utmost confidence.
