Bio-One was founded over 20 years ago by Nick-Anthony Zamucen. He found the concept of the business by simply doing what felt right in his heart. A member at his church unfortunately lost their life, leaving a grieving family without very much means to clean up the traumatic scene. Nick and a few members of the church decided to come together and help the family remediate the scene. After doing doing so, Nick realized that there are many more people who need help and he made it his mission to help these families. Which at that moment, our main core value and motto took shape "Help first, business second."
Over the course of 20+ years, Bio-One has grown into 100 different locations in 41 states. In the past 3 years alone Bio-One increased its size by 145%!

Bio-One is different from other companies in many different ways. The biggest difference is our business model is based on crime scene and trauma cleaning, not restoration(water, fire, smoke damage). Restoration companies like to take more than what they need to and remodel the area. Bio-one only takes what we need to but still leave the area in a condition that it can easily be remodeled if its needed.
Another difference is Bio-One NEVER asks for upfront payment to show up to remediate a scene and we help you file the insurance claim. You do not need insurance to use our services, we work with out of pocket payments all the time. Many companies require an upfront fee to come out to the scene then they charge you more after. In some cases they over charge and insurance companies decline their claim leaving the homeowner stuck with the payment. That is not the case with Bio-One, we are here to help you not get rich off of you.
Bio-One is discrete also. We arrive in un-marked vehicles to lessen the our presence at you home or business. Our vehicles are not advertising tools like many other companies vehicles. We are companionate and understanding of the tragic time the family is going through and we refuse to allow the family to be re-victimize the family with unwanted attention.
